For the past few days, my three-month old has been unable to fall asleep for a nap except when nursing. Once he's asleep, if I move him he wakes up, and if I sit still with him he still only sleeps 20 minutes or so. He's gone from napping 4+ hours to an hour and a half, and he's tired and grumpy. Help!

He is just going through a stage. He is realizing he would rather be with you than in his crib napping. Try putting him down after rubbing some lotion or massage gel (J&J lavender works best) on him to try to relax him some. Lay him down while he is still awake but drowsy and turn on some soft music. If he cries, let him for a little while. He is just going to tire himself out more in the long run. Do you think his belly might be upset? For my youngest, I used the HappiTummi on his belly. You warm up the pack and then put it inside this wrap. It is made out of all natural herbs. I think it kind of stinks but it worked everytime. I hope this helped!
