hello ladies just wondered if anyone can help.

Im a big busted person a 34 f and finding it hard to find supportive bras for during pregnancy and breast feeding. I have tried different brands with my two previous pregnancy's and they just dont give enough support. I have been told that you should not wear under wired bras in pregnancy either?

Any comments will be greatly recieved.

Thanx Sarah

i am a 34 G normally (while pregnant and breastfeeding... we wont go there lol) i live in Canada, but i buy all my bras from the uk (remember to convert the sizes!)
my fave sites are brastop.com, figleaves.ca and bravissimo.com
and i've worn underwire thru all my pregnancies, and while breastfeed (with no issues, but that depends on the person)
those sites also offer swimsuits that actually support!!!
hope you find something that you like :)

There is a company called Bravado that has fantastic bras! I was a 38F while breastfeeding and their bras and nursing tanks were the best ones I had bought. You can purchase them online. The website is http://www.bravadodesigns.com. And yes, they say underwire bras during nursing is bad, because they cut off your milk ducts and can lead to mastitis. Good luck finding the right bra!

I went to a big department store that has a consultant there on a regular basis and she fitted me with the best bra for my body. There are also speciality shops for that matter look it up for your area. Osnat http://maaslife.blogspot.com/
