At first I thought he wasn't affected because he woke up "normal" time Sunday morning, but all week he's been wanting to go to bed at 6:30 since that's 7:30 in his mind, and he's been waking up around 7 when usually it's 8. It's getting better but it's been a rough week.

Our son changed his sleep schedule due to daylight savings about a month ago. He used to sleep until about 8.30am, now it's between 7 and 8. It doesn't affect him as much as I expected it would though but it is getting a little more difficult for him to go to sleep as it gets lighter in the evenings.

My daughter is 4 months, she has been affected by this greatly! She now goes to bed 1/2 hour to and hour earlier, and is up an hour earlier. I try keeping her awake, but she just falls asleep, whether it be playing or watching tv. I hope she is back on track soon!!
