My nose works just fine all day long but once my head hits the pillow there is no stopping it, I cant breathe! Does anyone else have this issue and what have you done to help it?

I try to stay elevated and use a vaporizer which seems to help. Also, if it's really bad I'll boil a pot of water, remove from heat and add a couple drops of tea tree oil in it and breathe that through my nose.

I got those nasal strips for my dad and it works for him, and he has sleep apnea so you could try these.

Also, I LOVE my netti pot. Any old regular store has them - Walgreens, Riteaid, even the grocery store might carry one and all it is is a saline solution which you run through your nose....... it helps SO much. If you do this before bed you shouldn't have any problem sleeping. I live by mine and have used it for like 5 years now :) just look for a pot and saline solution, doesn't matter the name brand. Although I have noticed a new pot I bought has stronger salt solution so I only use half the packet with it. So just go by your body - if it starts to burn (you gotta get the water temp right too lol) use a little less of the solution....... seriously, life saver

I too have sometimes had this problem at night. I wonder if salene nasal drops are safe and might help? Not sure, but just ask your Doc at your next visit!

I don't have any recommendations for how to help, but I just wanted to let you know that your not alone. I try to elevate my shoulders and head. It seems to help me.
