How much does everyone's August babies weigh?

My Ethan waas born August 30th. He was 10 lbs 13 oz. At his 4 month he was 18, and we tried to weigh him a few days ago and my boyfriend said it looked like he was around 25.

Zach is 6 months now and he weighs 17.3 and is over 27 inches long. Happy to say he finally has his two lower front teeth.. :)

My guy is 6 months old, born Aug 7 at 8.5 lb at 4 mo he was 17 lb 10 oz and at 6 mo 22 lb....he's a big boy! My daughter was 16 lb at 6 mo...what a difference!

My daughter Maggie was born August 10th 2011 and was 7lbs 1oz and 19 1/2 inches long and at her 6 month check up on February 12th she weighed in at 16lbs 7oz and 27 inches long!

hi im from Australia i had my baby boy nathan on August 15th 2011 he was 9.7 pounds when he was born and was 55cm long big boy lol.

at his 4 month check up he was 9kg and 70cm long.:D



i go for his 6 month check up nxt week so ill be able to let u know how much bigger he is then i would love to know how yours is goin :D

My son Blake was born at 34 weeks on 19 Aug he was 5lb 2oz, at 5 month chech up he was 8.5 kg . we started he on solids about a week ago now he is sleeping about 11 hours at night. he is a hungry boy.

My son was born August 18 at 10lbs 8oz 22inches long...I was at the drs a week ago and he was 19lbs 11oz...I know he is a big boy but he is healthy! He is 5 months old now. He was born 3 weeks early, not sure what he would have been if I went full term.

My daughter Alayna was 9 lbs 6oz, and she was 21 1/2inch. Long. At her 4 month check up she weighed 16lbs I got me a chunky monkey. :) ♥

My son was born 8/1 7lb13.5oz and 19.5''. At 5 months he was 29''long and 14pounds.. He's tall and lean just like everyone in our family :) Strictly breastfed still.

My daughter was born August 22, she was 7 lbs. 5.4 oz. At her 4 month check up her weight was just barely over 9 lbs. If she doesn't weigh at least 14 lbs. at her 5 month check up she goes on a formula for premature babies. Although she was not a small baby at birth and she was born on her due date.

My daughter was born on the 28 of august, she was 8lb 6.7 ounce. And now at 5 months she's 18lb and she only takes breast milk :-)

Wow my daughter sounds so small! She was born Aug 12 at 9 lbs, 20.5 in and was 15 lbs 5 oz last week at 5 1/2 months. She is still strictly breastfed, but will start solids at 6 months. Of course my 3 year old was 8 lbs 6 oz, 21 in at birth and was only 18 lbs at one year and is only 30 lbs now, so I seem to have big babies that turn into tiny toddlers. :)

I had twins 8-17-2011 they were born early at 30 wks. Jacob was 2pds 14oz and Siniyah was 2pd 6oz. Now at 5 months Jacob is 16pd 4oz and Siniyah is 13pd 1oz. I'm so proud of them they are doing great.

My baby was born August 27th 2011 and weighs almost 18 pounds! She won't have her 6 month check up for a few weeks, but we went in to get a check up a couple weeks ago and she was 17.9 :) big girl!! 95% 25.5. inches long.....She is formula fed, and eating cereal and fruits and veggies :)

My son was born on August 12th 2011 and was born at 36 weeks 2 days gestation. He now weighs 19.5lbs at 5 and a half months. He eats 10 oz bottles about 6 times a day, sleeps through the night and is in size 12 month clothing. He's a big boy!

My twins were born August 31,2011 and they weighted 4.7 lb the girl and the boy 4.4lb 17.1/2 inches. They're four months now the girl weights 12.10lb and the boy 13.11lb.

My daughter Prestyn was born on August 31 2011. She was 9lbs 9oz at birth. At her 4 month check up she weighed 15lbs 2oz and I was told that is the 95th percentile. I started her on rice cereal two days ago in hopes of helping her sleep through the night as she used to but recently started getting up again around 3:30am for a feed.

My son, Matthew, was born August 24th at 6lbs 10.5oz and 20". At his 2 month visit, he was 9lbs 9.5oz and 21 3/4". On his 4 month visit, he had jumped to 15lbs 5 oz and 25.5". He had been eating 6oz bottles about 7 to 8 times a day until I went back to work, then we have begun to incorporate solids. Now he's eating 6 oz bottles about 5 times a day plus oatmeal and apples for snacks. I'm curious to see how big he is because after the first 2 times with solids, he has been eating the entire tub of food :)

Reghan was born 8/30/11.. she was 6 lbs 15 oz... might as well say 7 lbs, and at her 4 week check up she weighed 15.2... she is 25 1/4'.... I have exclusively breastfed until last week when I introduced sweet potatoes and its only a couple spoonfuls at dinner...

My son was born august 2nd 8lbs 3oz. 21 1/2 inches

at his 4 month check up he was 17lbs 27" Since i started feeding him solids he drinks less milk. He has his 6 month checkup in 2 weeks. When are you starting solids? that will fill him up more so he drinks less milk.

Not sure how helpful this will be as I'm from Australia and we go by Kilo's not Pound's - but here goes...



My son was born on the 22nd of August at 3.540kg and at his 4month checkup he was 7kg exactly so he's growing pretty quickly. He eats up to 6 bottles a day at 200ml each. Currently he's about 3kg away from my 2yo's weight of 10kg!



Your bub will tell you want they wanna eat and how much - there is no "perfect" size, weight or height - your child will grow differently regardless. The best thing you can do is give them a healthy diet and keep them active.
