I am hoping someone can help me with this... My son is 3 months old, and ALWAYS hot. I have a ring sling & a Moby Wrap. My son seems to over heat in both of them, and it's not even summer yet! Has anyone overcome this issue? What carrier have you found works the best for hot-natured babies?

Thanks in Advance!

I just found a site with mesh ring slings. Mine came yesterday and it's really nice. Try zolowear.com

I have a great light weight wrap from 'so nurturing', its a wraparound, like a Moby, but no where near as bulky or heavy. I have had some lengthy conversations with Rebecca who owns the company, she has 10 children so i trust her judgement. It was a little expensive, but well worth checking out:

I have linen mei tais that I use in the summer. My son is a human furnace so the open sides and light fabric really help.

Mine is too. In the middle of winter we had her in just a vest/bodysuit, with some legwarmers and socks on, in a thin cotton ringsling. She was comfy then. Now she is 9 months and sweats so she doesnt get too hot - it does pass thankfully. Get a thin cotton ring sling, not a padded one, and only cover bits of him outside the sling lightly. I have a freedom sling if that helps at all. It's lightweight cotton but strong.
