Boba, Beco, or Ergo?

I'm planning on doing the trial at paxbaby. I'm leaning toward the Beco (I have a BabyHawk MT already), but am also looking at the Boba and BabyHawk OhSnap. So before I make an investment, I'd rather spend a little on a trial and try them out.

I had the Ergo and I liked it. I just got a babyhawk OhSnap and I am in looove! OhSnap is really comfortable and has several different ways to adjust around your waist and shoulders. My son is 22lbs and 10 months old. I ordered a custom style from paxbay.com

Sleepy wraps are not appropriate for babies heavier than 15-18 lbs. You would need a woven wrap like Didymos or Girasol for heavier babies.

i have an ergo and am not a fan (it puts the pressure on my lower back and kills- my baby is quite the chunker)- i'm a wrap fan myself but my baby is only 8 months and not that eager to escape from me yet

I just got a ergo and love it. Very comfortable for baby and me.

I loved using a Mod Mum baby sling. It was small and easy to carry with me anywhere I went. I loved doing the hip carry with my son. It was so quick to pop him in and out. I would just take him straight out of the car seat, put him on my hip and pull it around him. Done. You can wear kids on your back for walking and hiking once they are 9 months or so. My husband preferred it to the back pack style carrier that we spent $100 on, since it was so light. I really got my money out of my sling.

I currently use Bjorn. I am shopping for a new carrier also. I would like to have the option of a front or back carrier. My husband and I are very active, walking. hiking and other outdoor activities. I have looked at all three that you have mention, but would really like to hear other peoples opinions before purchasing a new carrier. I love my Bjorn but need something a little more versatile...

I don't have any back carriers but I am looking to getting one also. I have used the ring slings and new native sling. I am also leaning towards the boba because of the foot straps but also it's made of organic cotton and compared to the ergo has a higher back. The ergo would make me feel like my DS would somehow flip out by arching his back. I'm sure that wouldn't happen but the higher back would negate that worry. I'm still considering the beco but I think the ergo is out. I would love to hear others opinions.
