That Is Great! Just Know That You Can Do Anything Thru Christ. Continue To Pray About Your Being Nervous And When The Time Is Here For Your First Day Of Class You'll Have A Blast Just Like When We Were Kids.I Often Think About Going Bck To School, But Have'nt Built Up The Nerves Just Yet, So Hey You're My Inspiration & Motivation. congrats!! i know exactly what u mean with the butterflies n such, im going back to school this summer, also for nursing :) and its nerve wracking but so exciting at the same time!! my inspiration and motivation is all in the knowledge that not only will i be helping other people but i will be helping better myself as well!! WE will be able to know that God forbid something happen to our hubbys, the kids will still be provided for! i wish u the best of luck!! God Bless!!!

i know how you feel. i have a 2 year old and a supportive husband and i recently went back to school. i had those same feelings the first few days of school but now its better. i am going for medical assistant. i love my classes and my classmates. everyone is so helpful and so supportive. just remember the little train...."i think i can , i think i can." good luck

It was the best decision I ever made. I am much more focused now than before. Once you get a routine down you will be set. For me doing homework at school as much as possible works best. Know your limitations and don't overload yourself. It was a bit scary at first when I started back but it is so not like high school. The professors are awesome!

Its a great choice! I decided to go back to school because my daughter is now 4 and my son is 1...I thought they would be able to handle a daycare.

I was worried about the time away from my kids, but I made my class schedule work with going to classes on M, W, F from 8:00am - 2:00pm. My kids enjoy the break away from me the days they are in daycare! They are at daycare from 7:00am - 5:00pm. It may seem like I am gone a lot (because my husband is going to school full time at the same time I am to reduce travel cost) but I still have every other day, and they have my undivided attention since I finish my homework while I am at the school. It took a week to get the new routine and it works perfectly! I love my life now. I feel like I am making something of myself, for not just me, but my kids and my husband! It is the best feeling. You will enjoy it!

I know what you are talking about with the nervous, excited butterflies feeling...(maybe not the fart or pooping feeling...lol) But it is nothing like what you would expect. I thought I would have to deal with young girls acting stupid and immature (and while they do in the background, they do a good job staying to themselves)

In college there is no drama, just people there wanting to better their lives...it is a great place to meet other moms to help with homework and just have a friendly chat with. I love it! It was the best choice for me and I am sure you will enjoy it as well!

Congratulations, for your desire to upgrade yourself by furthering your studies. I guess you will do better becuase you'll have a "study group" at home to do revisions together. Your children will be more motivated in their studies because their mom is also studying just like them (especially when you learn with them). I hope that you could divide your time well between your responsibilities as a mother and a student because it is not very easy to cope with. However with your four wonderful kids and a supportive husband, I know that you could make it (I had the same experience before). Good luck and I pray for your success.
