Trying to find back to school brown bag menus for my son who is a picky eater that has several food allergies (e.g. nuts, fish, shellfish). Help! I would welcome any ideas and/or suggestions

Hmmm this is a tough one, sounds he is picky or allergic to a lot of things. I packed my son's lunch with vegetables.. like baby carrots and cucumber slices. I made sure that my son came with me to the store and for him to pick out his fruits and Veggies that he likes for his lunch then it isn't such a waste of money if he doesn't like it. Lots of fruits that he likes. How about crackers for a snack or pudding, just read the labels. Usually teachers don't allow anything 100% chocolate these days.
A juice box or if you want to be economical, use a plastic juice box you can pick up from the $$ store. Look on the packages and things that say "Nut free or Peanut Free". As for sandwiches, perhaps look at packing Deli Meat sandwiches, or cheese sandwiches with letus and tomatoes? since he is allergic to tuna or peanut butter... I know there is usually strict protocols at my son's 2 schools, no nuts whatsoever. I remember just taking a cheese sandwich or Jelly sandwich to school in my days.
