help with daughter refusing to go to school

hi im new to this my daughter is due to leave school the end of june this year she turned 16 in january in the uk ,, 12 months ago she was violently assaulted by a girl at her school , the police was involved but basically decided to do nothing but get this girl to write a sorry letter ,, since then my daughter has suffered major panik attacks and anxiety to the point where she is now being physically sick on a daily basis when she knows she has to go to school , to make matters worse she witnessed me being assaulted and robbed at a cash point in october , so now she doesnt leave the house at all , she has not stepped foot outside in over 3 weeks ,, she is due to take her exams next week and i have had the education people threatening me with fines and all sorts is they any way she can complete whats left of her education without attending the school ,, she is hoping to attend a new college away from her school area in septrember but having to attend this school is making her so ill she has lost over a stone in weight over the past month anyhelp would be very welcome

I remember a friend of mine started having horrible anxiety attacks at school.. they let him do an emotional leave of absence. but they sent teachers to his home and he finished school from home.. idk how they do it in the UK or if it was something they did especially at our school.. what is wrong with kids these days..
