Wanted!! Does anybody have "My Baby Can Read" that they want to sell mine got stolen and I really want to replace it but dnt have enough funds to repurchase for the full price.

I wouldn't ditch the Baby Can Read idea. I love the system. Use it as suggested. Don't use it in replacement to playing with your baby and helping him develop the skills he's supposed to learn at that age. I think you can do it all at the same time. Which is what they recommend. Let them watch the videos while they are eating or while your on the phone .

I used to be an early intervention specialist and I wouldn't recommend "My baby can read" It teaches children that are to young to read. Children under the age of 3 should be developing their motor skills, language skills, cognitive skills, social/emotional skills, and self-care skills. In my experience, the children that read before the age of 3 are considered on the autism spectrum. So you are really not missing anything by having it stolen. Spend more time playing with your baby and he/she will develop the necessary skills needed and when he/she turns 3, then begin the pre-reading skills in"My baby can read"
