Nicole- I also have a 20 month old. :-) Pump it up's a little far for me, unfortunately (plus my daughter's like an inch too short still). The next time you go to Jastro Park though (assuming it's in the morning) send me a message and maybe we'll try to join you!

Hey Ladies, I read through all of the replies and did not catch where and when you all have decided to meet. I am a stay at home mother to my very active 20 month old son. We live downtown and go to pump it up twice a week and jastro park when it is not too hot out. We are always looking to make new friends. Message me if anyone is interested. Thanks.

some free things that are going on during the summer is free family film festival at the edwards theatre i have a convo started on here about it for more info. My daughter loves the spray parks and theres a few that r good that we have been too. The Wild Fun Center(Indoor Bounce house) is always a big hit and its only $8.00 per kid and they can bounce all day long, so not cheap if you have alot of kids but if you have one lol. Those r a few things off the top of my head.

Hi ladies! I didn't realize anyone had replied to this thread since it was up for so long w/o any replies, I had stopped checking it! :)

Anyhow, what are some ideas on cheap/(free!) things we could do during the day?

Ideas: Mall-walk (since it's ACed), hang out at the Market Place...?? Any activities at churches?

Well thaat wounds like alot of fun to all of you have any of you been able to go to the park yet and meet up I would love to go but don't have a ride until my hubby fixes his truck he is takeing my van to work with him so i don't have a car until way late in the day but anyway would love to get together soon to have someone else other then my kids to talk to it's ok some days but lets face it we all need adult time to.. I have 6 kids age range from 19mon to 12 years old so let me know what you guys want to do I would love to help out and have something else but sitting at home all summer long....

thats a good idea may be we can set up a schedule with times and places for weekly activities for the kids may b one week we can do the spray park the next we can do the museum or a picnic ect let me kno maybe we can all add and activity we can give each mom an assigned day to pick an activity
