thanks Nadia! Sounds wonderful! i think everyone here can embrace a new way of baking and eating, as soon as grocery day rolls around i think i'll sneak the ingredients into the kart...lol welcome to baking moms, feel free to share some more recipes!

hey every one just wanted to share this one it is the best cake i have ever made

don't be scared off by the tofu it really is amazing
also i only use 1 and 1/3 cups of sugar and 1/4 cup of oil and 3/4 cups apple sauce it cuts down on the guilt a lot :)

oh my god i just made this cake for my mother-in-law's bday... didnt have buttermilk so i used 2% but it was AWESOME anyway lol. the icing was great too and so easy to make
