Precita Park Cafe in Bernal Heights has a kid friendly section with bean bag chairs, toys, and an area for Moms to "relax" and have a glass of wine. Kids menu is $3. Get the macaroni, kids crudite or nitrite free hot dogs!

Joe's Crab Shack or Bucca de Beppo is fine too - good for families.

I personally love IHOP because its always so noisy they don't mind another little one adding his noise to the mix. =) we definately want to be trying new stuff all the time though, so i'm excited to see what other people post!
