Sharing birthday themes and cakes

I know some of you are wanting Birthday themes and cake ideas. When my twins turned 1 they had a Strawberry Shortcake themed birthday party and a Strawberry Shortcake cake that my cousin made for them and then they each had a individual cake to play in. It was cute.

When they turned 2 they went with a ELMO themed pool party which was great. We had ELMO everything and my cousin made a ELMO cake.

This year they will be 3 in June and we are already planning their party and we are doing a Curious George theme this year we are still deciding on the cake that we are going to have made.

Each year we have asked the girls what they wanted. We sit them down and give them some options and they pick for their 1st birthday we chose strawberry shortcake because they loved playing with the doll that their grandma got them.

I will post some pics on here of the cakes and stuff if you all would like

well my son was really into curious george at 3 & even now i can recall many episodes & books. what about a banana cake w/ 2 small banana cream pies...or you can make a cake where they have the premade cup sponges & have individual banana spit where the kids decorate their cake & have a special banana cake with Curious George decorated on top. this way adults & kids get the best..icecream & cake ...curious george was also into math & science...you can look it up on the internet...the shows maker had a site where the kids could get info. you could get ideas from there too.
