I just wanted to thank all of you who decided to put up children for adoption. Because of you, my cousin and her husband are now proud parents of 2 brothers. They have tried for 10 years to have a baby of their own without any luck. They were waiting to hear about a 5 year old boy who was available for adoption. When they got the call, they were told they can have the boy and his 6 year old brother. Of course, they said yes to both. So, thank you for giving a loving, deserving couple a happy family!

Also, I wanted to thank you because we just found out that I have a condition that, if permanent, it increases the risk of miscarriages. So, I may not be able to have any more of my own kids. If that is the case, my husband and I will definitely adopt.

My mother and aunt pretty much were the same. Thier parents adopted them together at 5yrs and 6 months. I totally agree that they had a better life for it. I gave my son to my aunt to adopt because I was 16 when he was born. Now I am still his mom, but he has the best a famly and a boy could have. Now I have two more children, and plan to adopt a little boy. I had to get my tubes tyed because of health, my husband didn't get his little boy.

For me it was both really hard but also a great joy knowing that I gave my son a life that I could not of at the time. And yes there are many many people out there that are wanting children so badly that it doesn't matter where the child came from, where they've been and what color of their skin is-it only matters that they opened their hearts and love on them. I'm so blessed to have been able to give him that chance, and his parents are over the moon(if you will) even 6 years later.
