What is your favorite place to find clothes for children?
I have so many different places that I enjoy shopping depending on which of the 3 I am shopping for! For Julian, my boy, I find I most often radiate to H&M Kids. They have on-trend pieces, great quality and reasonable prices.
For the girls, Ava is still small enough for me to able to find pieces at Baby Gap, which I still love, and often pick up super-trendy items for her at Joe FRESH. A new favorite!
Isabella, who is 14, most often shops my closet! Our favorite stores for her are Marshall's (we love to dig!), Aritzia and H&M. Recently, she is loving TopShop as well.
What tips would you give to a mom who is trying to remain stylish while raising a family?
I would recommend always trying to get "ready" each morning (or afternoon!) as opposed to just throwing on a track suit. I find that when I put just a tiny bit of effort into my appearance (read: leggings and a long sweater) I feel so much better. A little make up also goes a super long way!
Shopping for stylish pieces doesn't have to break the bank either. Forever XXI, H & M, Winners and Marshall's offer great choices at fair prices. If you are on a super tight budget, I recommend higher quality basics and just a few trendy pieces that you can interchange to add fun to your looks.
What's one beauty product you would recommend to all moms?
Concealer!! My third child didn't sleep for 18 loooong months. If I only had a moment's notice to make myself presentable, I would definitely cover up my under-eye circles and any redness. A swipe of gloss or lipstick and you're ready to go!
This recipe was shared with me by my mother in law; a true inspiration to me in the kitchen.

We're fortunate to live in a neighborhood just outside Toronto that is a destination for shopping for formal wear for children. In our immediate area, we have tons of choices including my 3 favorites:
Zero 20 Bambini : This store is a longtime favorite. They always stock great formal attire including beautiful items for Communions, Confirmations and Baptisms. http://www.zero20.com
Designer Kids Wear : The name says it all! This store carries an amazing selection of designer goodies for little ones including brands such as Burberry, Armani Jr., Diesel, and Hugo Boss. My go to on Boxing Day for their 50% sale. http://www.designerkidswear.ca
Bubbles Boutique : This is a newer store that stocks some sweet children's brands including Ella Moss and Ike Behar. http://www.bubbles4children.ca
Marilena, a stay-at-home mom in the area, recently made this cake for our Ava's second birthday. Each of the lollipop's was made out of edible fondant. Y.U.M.
