What's your go-to product or brand that gets around your child's food allergy?

The first one that comes to mind is CherryBrook Kitchen cake mixes. They allow me to make tasty, quick cupcakes and cakes for my allergic girl to have on hand for all birthday celebrations. We keep them in the freezer and just frost and go. Thanks Cherrybrook!
