What's the funniest thing your child has ever done or said?

My youngest son, at 6 months, throwing his first tantrum. Apparently he thought he should be allowed to eat a cinnamon roll too.

With my oldest, it was when he attempted to pump like his mommy. When I saw him, he went "milk!". He was 21 months at the time.

What always makes you laugh?

Justin Timberlake on SNL. Plus what my silly boys do and How to Lose a Guy In 10 Days.

What's the funniest gift you've ever received?

Probably all the "house" keys that were given back to me at my wedding reception. Yep, my maid of honour has quite the sense of humour! I was then requested to give them back to the best man as they were all take from his key ring!

If you were giving a commencement speech, what's one piece of advice you'd give to young women who want to include motherhood in their futures?

Stephanie B.

There is a thing known as "mommy guilt", it is normal and will consume you at one point or another. But know, you are a wonderful mom. And that others' opinions, are just that theirs. Believe in yourself, and know you are making the right choices for you and your family. And allow them to make their own. You are a perfect mom the way you are!

What are some fun activities to put on a summer "bucket list" for your kids? Please link to a picture if you have one.

Stephanie B.

We're going to do a Day Out With Thomas. My son lives "choo choos", so he will be very excited! We'll also be going to African Lion Safari. As for free things on our bucket list, it'll be just enjoying my summer off with them. Lots of trips to the park, playing in the backyard sprinkler, and reliving all things I loved doing outside with him! I just want my 2.5yo to experience how wonderful playing outside is!

Do you use your slow cooker/crock pot even in summer? If you have a great warm-weather crock pot recipe, please share a link to it with other moms!

Stephanie B.

I don't have a specific summer recipe, but I definitely use it when it's too hot to have the oven on! We do roasts, meatloafs, chilli, all in an effort to avoid having the oven & stove on.

Do your kids have a favorite non-violent video game that you'd recommend to other parents? Please share a link to the product an tell us why you AND your kids love it.

Stephanie B.

We're looking forward to the new Disney Infinity game! But that will be a gift from Santa. Right now, my 2.5 year old LOVES "Dance, Dance Revolution" for the PS3 (and I'm sure the arcade game, if we went to arcades). He has so much fun just jumping on the mat! And I have so much fun with him. It apparently burns calories too. LOL.
