Definitely popcorn and Granny Smith apple slices slathered with Nutella. Of course, what's not to love with Nutella slathered on it! My challenge is finding a snack that BOTH my girls (ages 6 and 9) will agree to. These are two of them!

Can you recommend a stylish bag that is big enough for all the stuff moms tote around? Please share a link if you can.

I just bought my first Kathy Van Zeeland bag in a shopper style at TJ Maxx in a neutral taupey/bronze color which is very mom friendly since it will be tossed into my SUV constantly. I love the two outer front pockets (one zips and one snaps with a magnetic closure) which are perfect for my Droid and my car keys. It also has two inner zip up compartments and is divided into two larger areas. My girls are school now, 1st and 4th, so I don't carry around sippy cups and diapers in a diaper bag any longer but I still need a great, roomy bag but one that is not TOO big. A medium size bag is perfect for me. If you find a bag you love, go for a fun color (red, plum, turquoise) It's something you carry every day, so why not have a little fun with it!

Lately I am on a green smoothie kick. I use: Vanilla Coconut Almond Milk (found at Kroger) Spinach Leaves Organic Vanilla Yogurt Frozen tropical smoothie blend fruit Protein powder I've also added about 2 TB of Nutella before and it is delish!

As I'm typing this I have three girls at my house contentedly playing with Littlest Pet Shop figurines and sets. The girls range in age from 12 to 7 so they are definitely toys that girls of a wide age range will enjoy playing with and the "pets" themselves are all less than $10. I'm also a huge fan of encouraging outdoor play in the summer and you can't go wrong with an old school Slip n' Slide!
