What's one of the first recipes you taught your kids to make?

We make homemade waffles almost every morning. The kids always help me put in the ingredients and mix the batter.

What's a delicious no cook recipe?

My favorite no-cook recipe is the one for these Almond Butter Fudge Bars. They are amazing and a great recipe for kids to make. My version is gluten-free. You can make them nut-free as well by subbing in Sunbutter. Here is the recipe http://jackieourman.com/?p=522

What's a great breakfast for a special occasion?

Depends how much work you want to put into it. A low fuss, yet delicious breakfast would be this Frittata with Spinach and Tomatoes http://jackieourman.com/?p=1788. If you want to work a little harder to impress your guests, you can make these gorgeous Mini-Tarts with Bacon, Egg and Cheese that are gluten-free, of course!

What's your favorite recipe for feeding lunch to a holiday crowd? Please include a link to an image and recipe!

Campari tomatoes with garlic, shrimp and feta. This dish is easy and delicious. I would serve it in bowls with a side of toasted baguettes to dip into the light, yet-incredibly seasoned broth. Enjoy!

We love these grilled center-cut pork chops and I learned a way to get them super-juicy in culinary school...brine them!
