My kid's love Leapfrog's Fridge Phonics: Magnetic Alphabet Set. At first, they just liked sticking the magnets on the refrigerator. As they grow older they are learning how to spell lots of new words. The best part about is that this toy is both fun and educational.

What are your tips for throwing a party that both adults and kids will enjoy?

Organizing the activities is one of the most important parts of an enjoyable party. You need to develop a program that is organized and flows in a particular order. Parents and kids will enjoy a semi-fast passed party where they are continually entertained. Party ideas include fun music, art and crafts, and games, get the parents or adults involved too. Everyone likes to have a great time. Keep everyone engaged. Try not to have too much down time where nothing is going on. When guests arrive, have an ice-breaker, which will help everyone get to know each other. My favorite app that has saved me hundreds of dollars is the Coupon App. I mainly use it when retail shopping or for free local deals. *tip, the app will ask for you to sign in, but you can click "skip" to bypass this screen. How do you make shopping for your family's clothes affordable?

I like to shop out-of-season Clearance Sales. I have twins and sometimes I can buy items that are already discounted plus BOGO deals for maximum savings. I find deals like these at stores like Babies R US. The Children's Place, Gymboree, and Crazy 8 also provide fantastic deals.
