I have been on Weight Watchers for over a year now and have adjusted my recipes to make nutritious meals for all of us that will help me lose weight. I find if you focus on getting your children/family to eat nutritious the weight will come off.
We used inexpensive wall clings as well as some inexpensive pictures, child artwork, and homemade art. Plus pictures of family and friends--especially ones who live far away. Here are some pictures on my Facebook page.
