What's the best part of raising a family in Australia?

I love the outdoors and the weather welcomes and facilitate outdoor life while the beautiful city of Sydney and it's surrounds offers plenty to explore.

In what ways is Australia unique from other places you've lived or traveled?

Australia has got it all in terms of living except perhaps the price. It is a first world country with a temperate climate (here in Sydney) combined with a relatively small population and a vast and beautiful land to explore. It doesn't have the cultural & architectural history of Europe and it can often be a little insular but it has open roads and a sense of freedom.

What do your kids love most about living in Australia?

The beaches are stunning and safe but one of the best things is not having to overdress the kids. I'm from England where 80% of the time you have to wear coats and remember a waterproof. Here shorts and a t-shirt with or without shoes seems to be OK for the majority of the year. It's one less thing to worry about as a parent!
