Sometimes you can get better deals after Black Friday. Last year my daughter wanted a lot of stuff from Hot Topic and black friday they were having a 50% off sale. The site was so jammed I couldn't even get on and I was upset because I thought I missed the biggest sale of the season. Two weeks later they had a buy one get one free sale and I scored huge, plus got it in time for Christmas. I also had Hot Topic points to spend. I am not saying it happens all the time but sometimes if you wait things get cheaper !What's your family's favorite Thanksgiving treat? Please link to your recipe.

I have a new favorite. First I must admit I am not a pumpkin fan. I just really don't like the taste and normally will not try recipes that have it. Then my Mom made Pumpkin Spice Mousse which is on the Jello box. Oh my! It was pumpkin heaven on a spoon. I have never tasted pumpkin quite like that and it was good. I already asked her to make it for Thanksgiving :)What's your favorite recipe for feeding lunch to a holiday crowd? Please include a link to an image and recipe!

My Mom makes her company corn to go with sandwiches. In the summer time we always eat Potato Salad or Macaroni salad with sandwiches. However in the winter you are wanting something warm, so my Mom makes this dish called company corn. It is so good and a little rich. It serves about 8 people, so there is plenty to go around and it tastes great with Ham and Cheese on a kaiser roll.
