What's one of the first recipes you taught your kids to make?
I'm not sure it could be called "taught" :) My elder daughter helps me in the kitchen since she's 2. The first thing she prepared on her own is my special pumpkin pie filling - she was about 2.5 by then. By now she helps me with yeast dough, any kind of whisking to be done and cutting vegetables for the soup.
What's a delicious no cook recipe?
My favorite quickest ever tuna pate:
1 pack of Philadelphia fat cheese
1 pack of tuna in oil
1 tea spoon of capers
Place all ingredients into food processor and process until smooth texture obtained. Best with with freshly baked bread. Ideal for breakfasts or as a sandwich spread.
What's a great breakfast for a special occasion?
I'll be very traditional on this. It should be poached egg, smoked salmon, poached spinach, home-made bread, goat cheese, green salad. And of course, fruit or cheese crunch cake
