How long have you been a teacher?

Kim has taught elementary school for 10 years and a parent educator for 19 years. Amanda has taught public school for 5 years and a parent educator for 5 years.

What can parents do to help when their child doesn't like school?

School can mean so many things to a child. It's important to read about school in books and to talk about what's happening in their days. Check those folders and backpacks daily to stay on top of any issues. Make sure you're communicating with the teacher to address any concerns. We want all children to love learning and feel excited about school.
