Do you use your slow cooker/crock pot even in summer? If you have a great warm-weather crock pot recipe, please share a link to it with other moms!

I bought a slow cooker, but have given it away because I found it's not big enough… when I'm making a stew or casserole, I like to make enough for a couple of days - so I use a big heavy, lidded deep dish which can slowly cook away on the hob or in the oven - not so economical, but if I'm using the oven, I'll fill it with other things too! I've posted my favourite stew recipes on my blog - take a look and enjoy!

I love photo books and have made some to cherish the memories of different stages / events in our family's life… it's always nice to have the favourites on the hard drive too, to pick from when writing a new post for the blog! Enjoy yours - Emma.

What's your go-to family meal made entirely with pantry staples? Please share a link to the recipe and photo if you have one.

I love cheat's chickpea curry - it's made from store cupboard basics; so quick and easy, but very nutritious too :-) I also love using up leftovers and creating something different - bread and butter pudding, chutney - and I even found an amazing recipe to make chocolate cookies out of left over bread! Take a look on my blog, and happy cooking!
