What's your family's favorite recipe for chicken or tofu?

We have a new favorite that is just my style... easy! 4-6 frozen chicken breasts 1 can corn (drained) 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed) 8 oz. cream cheese Jar of salsa or can of rotel Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Great for a meal and even better the next day as a dip.

What's your funniest potty training story?

My youngest son who is not yet three woke up the other day and wanted to wear underpants "like the big kids" so I figured we would try it. I asked him, repeatedly if he had to go potty and he continuously said no. Just as I was about to get him from the playroom to put him on the potty I heard his brother (who is 4) say, "Do you feel like you have to go poopies?" He answered, "No, I feel the poopies in my pants." Needless to say he is back to diapers, I have no desire to try to train one more boy who is not remotely ready!

What's on your bucket list of things to do with your kids this summer?

I'm looking forward to spending some time on the water. We moved off of a lake after having 4 little ones within two years and now that they are getting a little older we can't wait to take them out on the boat and enjoy it rather than hold onto them all for dear life.
