What's a great craft for preschool-aged kids?

There are so many you could do! It always depends on whether you are looking for theme specific or just general (to keep them busy). Open-ended art activities are by far the best. Giving them materials they can use alone, such as, scissors, glue, tape, paint, markers,etc to create their own project gives them a sense of pride and also is how they learn! Keeping (free) materials for them to explore with is also important. Items straight from your recycle box! Egg cartons, paper tubes, cd's, water bottles, bottle caps, newspaper, boxes, etc. You would be amazed at what they can come up with on there own.What's an easy and fun Spring or Easter-themed craft?

A simple and super cute bunny craft: Trace your child's shoe for the body and using a Star Trek finger hold, trace their hands. Turn the shoe sideways, paste the hands (fingers up for the ears) on one side and a fluffy white cotton tail on the other end. If you have preschool or even younger elementary aged children head outdoors for your craft projects! If the weather is cooperating with you go out for a nature walk and collect nature items to make a collage out of. Or have the kids point out and take pictures of things that represent the start of spring. Bird feeders and windsocks are also really fun to make for welcoming spring!Please share a link to a photo of the most organized space in your house -- whether it's a closet, drawer, toy shelf, etc.
