I love vinegar and baking soda too. Can't live without them. However, a mixture of Grapefruit Seed Extract and water punches the daylights out of mold. 10 drops to 1 cup will do it. You can leave it in the bottle forever and it doesn't have a smell like Tea Tree Oil.

What is your best tip for keeping the entryway clean and clutter-free?

Anna Hackman

We built lockers to store the clutter for my four boys. Kind of like pottery barn's wooden open shelf lockers, but not as expensive. We have a hook for their coats, a shelf for them to sit on, and underneath a tray for the boys to keep their shoes. Most of the time, they actually use the lockers or their "stuff" is right by it. At least their stuff isn't all over the house!

What's your family's favorite recipe for chicken or tofu?

Anna Hackman

I am a vegetarian so I use tempeh, which is fermented soy. I don't love tofu. Tempeh is more chewy so it is more "meat" like. It is really good for you. My recipe includes fried brown rice, pineapple, liquid smoke (great ingredient) and tempeh. See the recipe here http://bit.ly/h870hj
