A whole wheat tortilla can be spread with mashed and seasoned black beans, a bit of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, then rolled up and cut in to slices for a different 'sandwich'. Send along a small container of finger-sized veggies and a favorite dip, or sliced fruit with yogurt that's been flavored with a shake of cinnamon and nutmeg. A handful of dried cherries is a perfect 'dessert'

Hands down, a well stocked pantry makes for the best quick meal. Many times that I've been without a dinner plan, I find myself staring at the contents of my pantry with it's canned beans, and tomato, rices, pasta and grains and a meal just leaps out at me. Our favorite is this simple Three Bean Chili.

If you had to get dinner for your family at a fast food restaurant tonight, which would you choose and what would you order?

I would grab packages of sushi from the grocer where I work. I watch the sushi chefs prepare them every day and I love the freshness and variety. They love to make something special for you too, all you need to do is ask.
