Peanut Butter! I could dip or spread peanut butter on just about anything...love it!

What's a treat your kids love that's actually healthy?

Cookie Dough Dip made out of Chickpeas, Oats, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips, and Dates!

What's your best tip for feeding a picky eater?

Make something fun out of it! My middle son was such a picky eater and he is the reason we started making fun food. He wouldn't try anything until we made something silly out of it. Now he will eat or at least try about anything! It really worked for me and love sharing our ideas with all of you!

We made this Planet Hoth Wampa Cake from the Empire Strikes Back movie... http://kitchenfunwithmy3sons.blogspot.com/2012/05/planet-hoth-wampa-cakestar-wars.html and this Garbage Masher cake last year from the movie A New Hope... http://kitchenfunwithmy3sons.blogspot.com/2011/05/star-wars-garbage-masher-cake.html Definitely different, but the big Star Wars fans love them! They are pretty easy to make as well!

We love to make our Leprechaun Ice Cream. We came up with this last year and my little boys have begged for this already this year! Definitely not a "Irish recipe", but lots of fun for the kids on St. Patrick's Day!:)
