What's a great destination for a family vacation in Australia?
I am from London originally and I now live in Sydney which I think is a fantastic place for a family holiday. Sydney is so beautiful and there are so many things to do. You could take a ferry to Manly, visit famous Bondi beach, take a water taxi to Watsons Bay, go on the Ferris Wheel at Luna Park, see the animals at Taronga Zoo, climb the Harbour Bridge, kayak on the harbour, see a play at the Opera House, watch a movie at the Moonlight Cinema at Centennial Park...the list goes on and on! I have heard that Noosa in Queensland is amazing, can't wait to see for myself.
What's the biggest misconception people have about raising a family in Australia?
There are killer snakes and spiders everywhere. Some of my family in London actually think that there are kangaroos roaming the streets. That might have something to do with the fact that I told them that.
What outdoor activity do you enjoy doing most with your kids?
My son is 11 months old and I love taking him to the beach. In Australia we are so spoilt, there are beaches everywhere! I never had the same lifestyle growing up and I love to watch him play in the sand. Magical.
