What's your go-to product or brand that gets around your child's food allergy?
My son's allergic to egg, tree-nuts, dairy, wheat, peanuts, and grapes.
Bob's Red Mill flours have helped us through a lot of baking. I made my son's 1st birthday cake from scratch using Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose Gluten-Free flour mix.
So Delicious Coconut Milk has great stuff like their ice cream is yummy, and milk is great for pudding mixes.Other brands of coconut milk from the can are great for ice cream making in the summer.
For pasta we use Tinkyada brand most of the time for the brown-rice based noodles
Sunbutter or other sunflower seed spreads replace our peanut butter cravings.
Food for Life breads like millet or brown rice bread is our go-to premade bread though they need to be toasted. It's the only bread I can find that does not use egg.
