My children love shrimp and are crazy about my Shrimp in Cucumber Cups. When we have had less adventurous eaters over, I fill the cucumbers with veggie cream cheese or a cold spinach dip. My favorite freezable dish to bring to a new mom is vegetable lasagna. It so hearty and comforting!. It is also a healthier alternative to fat laden cheese and meat centered casseroles. I love to deliver this casserole unbaked with freezing/baking instructions. Add a loaf of french bread and a salad and a new mom will love you!|
