I have a vintage trunk in our living room that i will only buy toys that fit inside that trunk once there's more than that I chuck them. And I have lots of outdoor toys to keep my kids loving to be outside. I find that less toys actually equals more imagination time.How do you decorate a shared room for opposite sex siblings?

decorate in black and white- black for boys side white for girls or use neutrals with accents on each side that the child loves,use tiffany blue,orange yellow,organic creams browns.. I think pink or purple would be the only colors atht would be totally all girl.What's your top inexpensive way to make your home festive for the holidays?

using what I already have in different ways- glass jars of all kinds filled with ornaments- going out and cutting fresh greens from neighbors farms for my bannister and urns,making my own ornaments,stockings and tree skirt from fabric scraps and felt.|
