Mom on a Veggie Mission

My youngest son refuses to eat vegetables. In fact, he has not eaten a single vegetable (in solid form) in over a year. So I’m a mom on a mission: a veggie mission. I’m going to try and get him to eat and love his vegetables The odds are...

What's the one food you could never live without?

What's a treat your kids love that's actually healthy?

What's your best tip for feeding a picky eater?

Can you recommend a great summer snack to feed kids on break or to pack for days at camp? (Please include a link to the recipe.)

I love Kale Chips- they are healthy and so quick and easy to make!

How did you know you were ready for another baby?

I really think that the biggest change is from having zero kids to having one. There were times when I didn't know what I was doing or if the exhaustion would ever end. I felt like I was driving in some strange land with no map ( Does that date me? perhaps, I should say GPS), and that's the difference- after your first you will always have a road map. Of course, the route you take with your second will be different from the first, but you know the general direction you are going. Trust yourself- once you've had one you are ready for more.
