One of our favorite ways to use flowers and other natural materials is to make construction paper sunprints. Lately my kids love to go on "nature walks" (we live in the suburbs, so I use the term "nature" loosely). On the walks we look for things with "interesting shapes" - flowers, different types of leaves, even rocks. We then tape everything to a DARK piece of construction paper and leave the paper in the sun for an entire day. In the evening, we have a "print" of the the various objects, so pretty.
