What are your best tips for easy DIY nursery decor? (If there's an image or post on your blog, please link to it.)

Keep it simple. I don't know about you, but I don't have a ton of time to spend on my nursery projects. Choose something that is easy to do, but that makes a big impact on the room. Recently I put a frame around the letters of my sons name. It was easy, cute, and made a big difference in the room. Here are the pictures:

What's your family's favorite board game, and why? (Please mention the best ages for the game)

One day my husband brought home the game Connect Four. Little did I know that it would keep my two year old son busy for nearly an hour! I would just watch as my sweet Elias sat there by himself dropping the little checker pieces in. He would drop it in and then giggle to himself. Months later it is still a favorite. He is always asking for a game! We love games at our house- board games, card games, you name it, we'll play it.

I love costumes! And it is always fun to add homemade touches! It was really fun to dress my son up as a pirate for his friend's Princess and Pirate Party.
