What's a great present under $30 for a toddler (between 18 and 36 months)?

I always look to Green Toys when in need of a great gift. My favorite right now is the Green Toys Pizza Parlor set. All their toys are made in the USA out of recycled milk jugs. They are sturdy and really well made while providing lots of fun and imaginative play time. They also double as a great bath toy. The set comes with a four piece pizza and a variety of toppings so your waiter can customize your pizza. They provide a little ordering checklist pad and a delivery box. It's perfect for a boy or girl on any occasion. It's my go-to gift!

What food would you most like to banish from school cafeterias?

I saw a girl walking to class with her state provided "breakfast" the other day. It was a corn dog and chocolate milk. Not exactly what I'd choose for a healthy (or even semi-healthy) meal. I don't think any kid ever needs to eat one again for the rest of eternity.
