What's your favorite song for kids that moms can download?

I've been playing standards for my kids since they were little. They love anything fun and upbeat, especially when we're driving in the car. Our favorite artists are Nat King Cole and of course, Harry Connick Jr. L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole is probably our favorite to sing along to. http://www.amazon.com/L-O-V-E-2003-Digital-Remaster/dp/B000WEA0CW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1326147035&sr=8-1Can you suggest a fun birthday party game or creative activity for 6-8 year-olds?

Our favorite party ever was a Space Party, which all the kids referred to as "A Glow-in-the-Dark Party," once they arrived. We decorated the house with glow-in-the-dark stars, and set up two large fluorescent black lights, which we found at a novelty store. We told the kids to all wear white cotton so they would glow as well. The kids had so much fun running around in the dark to some upbeat music, we really didn't need to organize games. They just had fun on their own. The cake was a retro-looking rocket ship (something you would have seen on Rolie Polie Olie), that we made from a cake baked in a football shaped pan. We just added fins, and a window made out of Jell-o.What's the best form of exercise for a tired, busy mom who wants to get back in shape?

I love to do a 12 minute round of interval training! I will do one weight lifting exercise as hard as I can and for as many reps as I can for 50 seconds. Then I jog in place as fast as I can for 10 seconds. I then do another exercise and repeat the process until I've completed 12 different moves. I cool off and stretch for 5 minutes, and then I'm done!|
