Rome wasn't built in a day and you don't improve your health that way either. Baby steps. Change one thing. Maybe commit to moving every day, even if it's for just 10 minutes. Maybe it's doing lunges and squats around the living room with a baby in tow (been there done that). All movement counts. Adopt one healthy habit at a time and build from there.
