Tied with a Bouw

Hi there! My name is Sonja, most people call me Son for short. My love of blogs began in early 2009 when I began researching and planning for my wedding. I was amazed and inspired by so many other woman sharing their ideas, inspirations and creations online via the wonderful world of blogging! I would like to share my love of interiors, decorating, parties, fashion, travel, food, crafts and all things pretty with others. I could only hope to inspire others to be creative and fill their lives and homes with colour and simple, yet beautful things! I grew up in Melbourne, Australia, but have just spent 2 years living in Dubai in the Middle East. My darling husband and I relocated to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in February of 2010 for his work. We secured an amazing new home (a blank canvas for me to decorate however my heart desires) and almost immediately after relocating to KL, I fell pregnant with our first bubba and in November 2010 gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Allegra Isobel Bouw! It's fair to say I am loving every minute of motherhood! Here in my little corner of the blogosphere, I also look forward to sharing my home makeover with my fellow bloggers as well as our other adventures as expats... and of course the joys of becoming a Mum! x
