Barbeque Pork Sandwiches are a favorite! You can cook and shred a huge pork shoulder and freeze some of the meat for later. I pull it out and use it in tacos, on sandwiches or even on top of salads.It's almost time to break out the grill! What's your family's best recipe for grilled meat, seafood or veggies? We love these grilled vegetable panini. First you grill the vegetables and then tuck them between bread and grill again. Often, we use vegetables and herbs we harvest from our own garden! Fresh, healthy and scrumptious.|
