I had that problem with my daughter. She would cluster feed in the evenings. It wasn't that I wasn't producing enough milk, I could get 8 oz every 3 hrs pumping only for 15 min. She just liked to feed at night. Eventually it slowed the cluster feedings stopped and she only needs 1 or 2 feedings now. she is 7 and a half months old. It could be your milk supply, or it could be that's when your baby wants to feed.
I'd suggest you might try to feed your baby more during the day (depending on how often your baby nurses). Otherwise the only thing I know what to do is wait it out. You should definitely call your child's doctor for advice and see what they say since it has remained a big problem

that means hes not getting enough breastmilk from you. Thats what the doctor told my cousin. I find it that babies sleep thoughout the night when they are on the bottle formula fed.

Maybe try adding some rice cereal to breast milk in a bottle?

Wow that would be hard! You poor thing. I dont know what would help but there was a little while that Brandi would get a formula bottle during the day and seem to take a long nap so I wondered if that would help her sleep at night? I did not try it though cause she soon after stated to sleep though the night. I wondered cause she would get so comfortable on the breast and fall asleep so fast maybe without filling her belly that bottle feeding lets her get more at once. Does that sound like your baby? If so maybe a bottle before bed would be good. You need your sleep so you can take care of your baby so dont feel bad for trying things to help you reach that point! Are you feeding your baby food yet maybe try that in the evening and that might fill him up to get more sleep.
