i need help asap ! i think my breast milk is drying up.

My baby girl is only a week and 4 days old. 3 days ago i was pumping 3 1/2 oz for both breast. from the 26th until now i have been pumping only 3 spoon fulls of breast milk out of both breast. i want to keep pumping but i dont know how long to pump and how often to do it for. please help me!!!

Did you ever get this worked out? Make sure to pump every 2 to 3 hours and every 4 overnight for 15 minutes at a time. I would also use herbs to get my milk supply up. I've been using Breastea from breastea.com and it works great.
