What piece(s) of advice would you give to a new mom to multiples about breastfeeding?

I agree 100%, Sara!
I also think it's important to educate yourself about breastfeeding. Know how to tell if babies are getting enough (diaper count, not behavior of baby, not pumping amount, not the feel of the breasts etc) Find a support system.
Once you figure out what works for you and your babies, it does get easier!

You can and should do it! But it will take up a lot less of your life and make the babies happier if you can feed them both at once. It may take a while to figure out the position that works best for you. Keep experimenting until you figure out something that really is comfortable for you, It will probably involve a LOT of pillows, and often one of those big horseshoe pillows, but not always. Once you figure that out and have been doing it for a while, indulge in the luxury of feeding one while the other one's asleep sometimes. And finally, it gets easier with every month that passes. Getting them in position starts out tough, but soon they'll be able to help, and then do it all by themselves.
