i had leakage at 19 wks until i gave birth at 39 wks. it was normal. everyones body acts differently to pregnancy so its not abnormal to do so. as far as the inverted nipple thing, it is still possible to breast feed it may be harder for the baby to take to that side but they make nipple covers they are rubber and clear that go over the breast a form a seal so when the baby feeds its actually latching on to the cover and not you. you can find them just about anywhere bottles and nipples are sold. the nurses in the hospital can help you get started and they should also have lactation nurses available. good luck

If you are worried about it, mention it to your midwife next time you see her. I remember that I would secrete clear liquid that would dry up as I got into my pregnancy, but I thought it was quite a bit after 23weeks. But then I guess it could be different for every woman :D Especially when i went for a bath, i would find that my breats would leak a little, it's just the milk getting ready for your wee one. Not sure about the inverted nipple thing I'm afraid, I did just see an episode of 'Embarrassing Bodies' where a lady had to have some minor surgery on both her inverted nipples before she could breastfeed her daughter, but I guess it depends on how inverted they are.

But as I said if you have any concerns about it you should maybe ask your midwife, just in case, you never know :D
