Hi all I have a 7 week old baby I have been getting dizzy and nauseous every day for the last 4 weeks also been waking up hungry every night at between 2am and 4am , I have been to the doctor she checked my blood sugar and did a pregnancy test it was negative blood sugar was fine my eyes are fine got new glasses but still having these problems

Have them check your thyroid. I also had this problem and found out it was my thyroid.

it might by aemia, as Sara said. i was anemic since the pregnancy and i still bf my 16mo daughter, when i bf often (especially while she is teething) i get dizzy n hungry...

What about your blood pressure? Low blood pressure can make you dizzy especially when standing up too fast. Anemia can also cause dizziness. Maybe you could ask about those things? As for hunger, I was starving all the time while breastfeeding. Try to eat small frequent snacks and drink lots of water.
